To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager (f/m/d).

In this role, you will be a sparring partner for our stakeholders and ensure transparency, timely implementation and smooth project progress.

YOUR TASKS

• Management and planning of graphic and post-production projects.
• Coordination and communication between internal teams (creation, marketing, production), as well as external partners and service providers.
• Familiar with ensuring that project goals are met in terms of quality, time and budget.
• Monitoring and reporting project progress to management.
• Risk management and proactive solution finding.
• Being the point of contact for clients and overseeing the transfer and archiving of files.

YOUR PROFILE

• Mandatory: Proven experience working (at least 1-2 years) as a project manager in a media and graphic department (agency environment).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, team spirit and a structured way of working.
• Eagerness to learn and openness to new subject areas.
• Enthusiasm for creative media and graphic projects and current industry trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English; native level German is not required.

• Aktive Ansprache potenzieller Neukund:innen
• Präsentation unserer Leistungen im Bereich Arbeitskräfteüberlassung und Freelancervermittlung
• Vereinbarung und Durchführung von Erstgesprächen
• Entwicklung individueller Lösungen gemeinsam mit unserem Team
• Betreuung von Kund:innen vom ersten Kontakt bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
• Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Vertriebsaktivitäten
• Mitgestaltung unserer Vertriebsstrategie und Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Das bringst du mit

• Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Business Development oder in der Kundengewinnung
• Idealerweise Berührungspunkte mit Personaldienstleistungen, Recruiting oder der Kreativ- und Agenturbranche
• Freude daran, Netzwerke aufzubauen und Menschen zusammenzubringen
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
• Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der österreichischen Kreativbranche sowie Kontakte zu Agenturen, Unternehmen oder
  Entscheidungsträger:innen sind ein großes Plus
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

YOUR ROLE:

As a Technical Motion Designer, your primary responsibilities will include developing, improving, and maintaining all kinds of content pipeline workflows to enhance our operational efficiency and consistency. You are well experienced in programming a backend for animated Assets. By bringing your creative and technical expertise together, you will design scalable, dynamic and data driven workflows, reducing repetitive work and improving overall productivity within our organisation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience as Motion Designer or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Apps: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects

• Experienced with JavaScript or similar programming language

• Experienced with dynamic project templating, MOGRTs, expressions

• Experience in Templater plug in is a plus

• Structured working abilities with an eye for detail

• Devotion to consistency and maintaining brand identity

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Eagerness to learn and implement new techniques and technologies

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
