YOUR TASKS
Design visuals for product and advertising campaigns
Develop layouts, social media assets, and presentations
Image editing, retouching, and content adaptation
Support in concept development

YOUR PROFILE
Ongoing studies or training in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator)
Strong sense of typography, color, and visual aesthetics
Team player, reliable, and able to work independently
Interest in product visualization and advertising design

YOUR ROLE:

As a Technical Motion Designer, your primary responsibilities will include developing, improving, and maintaining all kinds of content pipeline workflows to enhance our operational efficiency and consistency. You are well experienced in programming a backend for animated assets. By bringing your creative and technical expertise together, you will design scalable, dynamic and data driven workflows, reducing repetitive work and improving overall productivity within our organisation. Remote work possible.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience as Motion Designer or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Apps: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects

• Experienced in JavaScript

• Experienced with dynamic project templating, MOGRTs, expressions

• Experience in Templater plug in is a plus

• Structured working abilities with an eye for detail

• Devotion to consistency and maintaining brand identity.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Eagerness to learn and implement new techniques and technologies

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus

In this role, you will be a sparring partner for our stakeholders and ensure transparency, timely implementation and smooth project progress. Please note: A valid EU visa is required for applications from abroad.

YOUR TASKS

• Management and planning of graphic and post-production projects.

• Coordination and communication between internal teams (creation, marketing, production), as well as external partners and service providers.

• Ensuring that project goals are met in terms of quality, time and budget.

• Monitoring and reporting project progress to management.

• Risk management and proactive solution finding.

• Being the point of contact for clients and overseeing the transfer and archiving of files.

YOUR PROFILE

Your background & previous achievements:

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in media-related project management.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills, team spirit and a structured way of working.

• Eagerness to learn and openness to new subject areas.

• Enthusiasm for creative media projects and current industry trends.

• Excellent written and spoken English; native level German is not required
