YOUR ROLE:

As a Junior Motion Designer, you’ll support the design team in creating visual content that informs, entertains, and inspires. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while applying your creative skills to real-world projects.

Assist in developing motion graphics and animations for various platforms.

Support in conceptualizing and realizing visual ideas for format packages.

Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Project Managers.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop visual strategies that align with brand guidelines.

Learn and grow by staying updated on motion design trends and software tools.

Help ensure timely delivery of projects in a high-paced, creative environment.

YOUR PROFILE:

We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow, collaborate, and make an impact – even at the start of their career.

Good experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
(internships or freelance experience welcome!).

Interest or beginner-level knowledge in 3D tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is a plus.

A portfolio (student or personal projects welcome) showing your creative eye and animation potential.

An eye for detail is needed, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

Fluent in English; German is not required.

YOUR PROFILE:

• We’re looking for a Junior Art Director who is passionate about design and ready to grow within a creative team.
• Degree in graphic design, communication design, visual arts, or comparable training (internships or first professional experience welcome).
• Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is a plus).
• A strong sense for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• An organized, detail-oriented way of working, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Open-minded, collaborative, and eager to learn from senior creatives.
• Interest in supporting and giving direction to junior designers or interns.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with marketing teams, presenting ideas, concepts, and visual guidelines.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.
